Welcome to the Good Times Guide. This is your roadmap to a healthy, active, empowered lifestyle. This is our first post so naturally we’ve asked each other “how do we start?”. Within that first question we found our direction, How to start! This series will help you get your hands dirty, your feet wet and your head in the clouds.
We’re focusing on activities, action sports, adventures, whatever you want to call them, because these are the good times we all live for.
Some of us are already athletes in a sport, these guides will help you cross over and apply existing skills to a new medium. For those of us who are uninitiated, this is your first start. Pick an activity, follow the trail we set and you will have new skills and new ways to have good times from the moment you start.
